The "It" Drink















Well, were told to start consuming young coconut juice from 7 months onwards.
It is claimed that the juice can help to "reduce our body temperature and flush toxin" so that when the baby comes out, he/she will have smooth skin, no red patches or spots like acne.
So, start early. But not "over-dose" neh.

  1. arg!!! i miss this! all we have here is in the "TIN" (malay) coconut. doesnt taste good at all.
